Chloe Carver manages Microsoft’s law firm engagement programs as a part of the Office of the General Counsel’s Legal Business & Strategy team. Her work includes law firm diversity initiatives and programs, preferred partner programs, general legal procurement and legal pricing. With extensive experience in business operations across a variety of industries, she brings over 14 years of expertise to the legal operations field. Prior to her role at Microsoft, Chloe was a member of pricing and innovation teams at a number of law firms based out of the PNW and most recently served as Chief of Staff to the VP of HR Technology and Analytics at Nordstrom. Chloe received her MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and has a BA in political science. In her free time, she enjoys creative writing and spending time with her family.

As Littler’s first Chief Data Analytics Officer, Aaron D. Crews leads the firm’s data analytics practice and Big Data strategy. Leveraging an extensive background focused on the intersection of technology, business, and the law, Aaron’s team of lawyers, analysts, statisticians, and data scientists work with clients and case teams to harness the power of data to build superior legal strategies and improve legal outcomes. This team also advises the firm and its clients on the development, implementation, and use of analytic models, machine learning and algorithm driven technologies (often called “AI”), and using data visualization/data storytelling to enable insight, drive understanding, and extract value. Prior to Littler, Aaron was Senior Associate General Counsel responsible for eDiscovery at Walmart, and worked as General Counsel and Vice President of Strategy at an Artificial Intelligence start-up.

Mike Quartararo is the President of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), which provides training and certification in e-discovery to the legal community. He is the author of the 2016 book Project Management in Electronic Discovery and has been successfully consulting in information governance, e-discovery, project management and legal technology for two decades, including 10-year stints at both Skadden Arps and Stroock. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Certified E-Discovery Specialist. He frequently writes and speaks on e-discovery, legal operations, project management and technology topics.
