Deeanna Fleener joined Integreon in March 2020 as Director of Litigation Services. As a subject matter expert, Deeanna has deep knowledge and expertise having worked in the technology industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Integreon, Deeanna spent over 15 years working in litigation support within large law firms and global eDiscovery service providers. She spent a decade working in Litigation/Practice Support within law firms where she managed large, complex cases using advanced analytics and all technology options available to her. Most recently, Deeanna has consulted with corporations and law firms to create workflows designed to save time and money. Deeanna is a self-proclaimed technology geek whose goal is to help attorneys realize the efficiencies and competitive edge that come with fully utilizing the technology tools available today. Deeanna founded the Boston chapter of Women in eDiscovery and attends many events with ILTA, ACEDS, WiE, EDRM, and Sedona Conference, and has had speaking engagements at WiE, SOLID, Ing3nious eDiscovery and IG Retreat, and Boston Bar Association.


Brad Schaffel is the Manager of Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Schaffel has held this position since November, 2017. He has over 27 years of experience in various levels of project management in the legal space. Tasked with creating a team of experienced professionals, Brad has been successful in building departments of top-tier individuals who can act as in-house legal technology consultants as well as excellent project managers and technicians. He continuously strives to improve automation and workflow; keeping up with the growing size and complexity of discovery requests is an on-going challenge that requires constant attention.

For many years, Mr. Schaffel has served on industry panels and has been involved in e-discovery education and mentorship. He has been an adjunct professor of eDiscovery and a member of numerous professional associations. Most recently, Brad has been involved with developing distance learning programs on eDiscovery best practices and general knowledge for numerous top-tier law schools. Brad has also hosted podcasts on the topic of eDiscovery, Information Governance, and Litigation Support. Aimed at not only sharing insights from industry powerhouses, the podcasts focused on what it’s like to work in the profession from the perspective of service providers, lawyers, and lit support project managers. Mr. Schaffel is a member of the Charter Class of Certified E-Discovery Specialists and previously served as Vice-President for the ACEDS NY Metro Chapter Board.

Outside of his day job, Brad spends most of his time with family. He is married with two children and lives in Brooklyn. He is an avid hiker particularly in the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks

Jordan Ellington has over 25 years of application development focusing on document collaboration systems for major corporate, financial services, and law firms, as well as the first extranet presence of three of the top twenty U.S. law firms.

For the past 7 years Ellington has been designing 21 CFR Part 11 compliant systems in the Pharma verticals such as eTMF, eISF, Study Startup to support global sponsor and CROs.

A consummate entrepreneur, In 1999 he founded the Dealinteractive.com VDR service for M&A and was initially responsible for all aspects of the startup including technology, sales and customer service. Through a merger between Deal Interactive and TransPerfect in 2007, Ellington joined the senior management team of TransPerfect, and oversaw twenty-fold growth in revenue and user base of his Interactive collaboration systems and the creation of new lines of business based on the same technology.

Ellington architects regulated systems that comply with PCI, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and other important security and quality standards. He currently leads the development of the next generation eTMF suite of application for a global life sciences and business services firm.

Ellington is also the founder of the security services startup SecureReview, providing ground-breaking technology to secure remote access to highly confidential information.

Todd Mattson has been with Covington since September of 2005 and leads the firm’s practice technology and paraprofessional support functions. After practicing law in Texas, Mr. Mattson has held leadership positions at several AmLaw 100 firms. He has over 20 years of experience in practice support and technology management.
