Ignatius Grande has been advising clients on issues relating to electronic discovery, information management, and data privacy for more than 15 years. With his legal and technical expertise, he is able to bridge the gap that can exist between IT and legal/compliance personnel. Ignatius has worked with both law firms and companies to guide them through the eDiscovery and the forensic investigation process and has overseen the collection and production of data for several HSR Second Requests. Ignatius has served as formal eDiscovery liaison for clients and has represented parties in eDiscovery disputes before a variety of regulators. He works with companies on their data privacy practices and advises companies on how they can comply with data privacy laws in the U.S. and abroad.

James Sherer is a Partner in the New York office of BakerHostetler, where he co-leads the Emerging Technology Team for the Digital Assets and Data Management Group while directing Information Governance and Artificial Intelligence engagements. James holds an MBA, the CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, and PLS data privacy professional credentials, the CIP and IGP information governance designations, the UCLA Extension Global Cyber Institute’s Cybersecurity Certification, and the CEDS and eDPC eDiscovery specialist credentials. James is U.S. and Global Chambers® Ranked for eDiscovery, a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and serves as a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Groups One, Six, and Eleven and the IEEE Organizational Governance of AI Working Group.

Ariel is a transactional attorney with a focus on tech transactions. She also advises AXA XL’s digital innovation teams on business strategy, marketing/advertising, IP, and privacy, and negotiates non-investment partnerships with tech start-ups. Ariel is the President-Elect of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of NY and a USPA powerlifter.

Christina and her team perform the ongoing review and surveillance of the Bank’s $15B CRE portfolio. She has also worked on the design, build, deployment and ongoing development of the Bank’s end to end CRM/Loan Origination System. During the pandemic, Christina and her team were also involved in the PPP Loan, Loan Forgiveness and Deferment programs at the Bank.

As the Chief Technology Officer at Kraft Kennedy, Chris Owens focuses on providing education and client experience improvements based on the changing landscape of technology. Serving on numerous partner advisory and strategic leadership committees, Chris helps shape the future of applications and systems to best meet the changing needs of business of Kraft Kennedy as well as our clients. With over 20 years of consulting and technology management experience, Chris has helped lead clients with desktop design and management, server and storage consolidation and collocation, DR/BC, email messaging design and migration, document management, and hybrid/thin-client architecture. His recent work has focused on designing solutions to make the transition to a “cloud first” model and successfully adopt Windows-as-a-Service.

Connor McCourt is an Enterprise Territory Sales Manager for EPOS in New York City. As businesses adjust to the pandemic’s lasting impact and change how employees collaborate at a distance, Connor helps enterprises prepare, design, and adapt to the future workplace. He advises clients on innovative hybrid workplace collaboration and telephony with EPOS premium audio solutions.
