During her legal career, Shari studied forensic psychology, including advanced jury science and research at the graduate level. Teresa brings significant knowledge of the claims and coverage landscape and has a strong background in advising on claims and legal trends, the litigation environment, and loss mitigation strategies. In addition to working at several global insurance carriers and a multinational broker, Teresa has also provided management consulting services to a diverse client base. She holds a business degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law.

Colleen Freeman, Esq. has worked in the legal industry for more than 20 years as a licensed attorney and a discovery consultant. She is highly sought after as a recognized expert in the field with notable experience in antitrust litigation and securities fraud. Colleen led the expert team that was chosen by the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee to support the complicated discovery work in the sweeping Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation. In her role as senior director at BIA, she regularly consults with Am Law 100 firms and Global Fortune 50 companies on internal investigations, complex litigation, and enforcement. She is also responsible for managing large global accounts, providing thought leadership, and building new strategic partnerships. Colleen recently held a five-year term as the President of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) New England Executive Board and is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s JD Advisory Committee. She is also a founding member of the Women in eDiscovery Boston chapter. She holds a B.A. from Boston College and earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
