Patricia J. Baxter is the Managing Partner of the Philadelphia Office of Morgan & Akins. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of litigation filed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has written two books, #Networked, and her latest, “The 25 Factors that Influence Liability and Damages in GL Files”, designed to help claims professionals evaluate cases earlier so that their litigation is more efficient and productive.

Shari Belitz, Esq., is a nationally recognized litigation consultant, keynote speaker, bestselling author, Founder of EnPSYCHLAWpedia™, and CEO of Shari Belitz Communications LLC, a litigation consulting company that teaches lawyers how to use social psychology to achieve favorable litigation outcomes. Shari is an attorney with over twenty years of experience in the legal profession. Prior to her litigation consulting career, she was an accomplished insurance coverage attorney at a law firm and litigation manager in-house at an insurance company where she handled complex mass tort lawsuits for Fortune 500 insured clients. During her legal career, Shari studied forensic psychology, including advanced jury science and research at the graduate level. As VP of Management Liability at Woodruff Sawyer, Teresa provides insurance solutions for high-growth private and public company clients. She handles a multitude of pre-IPO, SPAC, and public clients in various industries. She has authored articles on D&O and cyber liability and is a regular speaker on management liability topics. Teresa brings significant knowledge of the claims and coverage landscape and has a strong background in advising on claims and legal trends, the litigation environment, and loss mitigation strategies. In addition to working at several global insurance carriers and a multinational broker, Teresa has also provided management consulting services to a diverse client base. She holds a business degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law.
Colleen Freeman, Esq. has worked in the legal industry for more than 20 years as a licensed attorney and a discovery consultant. She is highly sought after as a recognized expert in the field with notable experience in antitrust litigation and securities fraud. Colleen led the expert team that was chosen by the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee to support the complicated discovery work in the sweeping Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation. In her role as senior director at BIA, she regularly consults with Am Law 100 firms and Global Fortune 50 companies on internal investigations, complex litigation, and enforcement. She is also responsible for managing large global accounts, providing thought leadership, and building new strategic partnerships. Colleen recently held a five-year term as the President of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) New England Executive Board and is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s JD Advisory Committee. She is also a founding member of the Women in eDiscovery Boston chapter. She holds a B.A. from Boston College and earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
