The first half of 2021 has been another exciting time for the law of data discovery. Not only have we seen a 256-page e-discovery sanctions order, there have been two data discovery cases before the United States Supreme Court. Join us for this annual tradition as we examine important legal developments during the first half of this year. Joining us for the analysis will be Associate Justice, Hon. Tanya R.
