As Senior Vice President of Products & Marketing at Consilio, Pete is responsible for the overall product strategy and product management of Consilio’s products and service lines. As part of that function, Pete has deep experience in evaluating technologies related to audio review, and guiding clients who are engaging in audio-heavy matters. Prior to joining Consilio, Pete ran marketing for the largest vertical of Blackboard – a Washington DC-based education technology company. Prior to that, Pete served as vice president in various product, acquisition and partner marketing and eCommerce roles at a variety of B2B software and B2C eRetail companies in the DC area. Pete’s specialties are in guiding product strategy, bringing new products and services to market, coaching and developing products and marketers of all levels, and optimizing marketing so that it is accountable to growth. Pete holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in Marketing from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Ashley joined Nexidia in 2016 as the Director of Legal Markets for Nexidia. In this role, Ashley is responsible for all aspects of Nexidia’s legal market strategy and audio discovery solutions. Ashley continues to work directly with clients, educating them on the nuances of audio discovery and the appropriate application of technology to best suit their needs based on the details of their specific matter. Ashley entered into the legal discovery technology space in 1989 and has held numerous positions throughout his 30+ years in this niche space. Some of the organizations Ashley has worked for over his career include: Arthur Andersen, Fulbright & Jaworski, Electronic Evidence Discovery, FTI Consulting, EMC, IBM as well as his own consulting organization, Counsel Solutions. Positions and responsibilities have included: Software Product Manager, National Manager of Litigation Technology, Manager of eDiscovery, Director of Presales Engineering, Solutions Consultant and more. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences and is a graduate of the Aji Network’s Business Professionals Course.
