Why More Legal Departments are Insourcing E-Discovery

March 9, 2021 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Educational_Exterro

According to Exterro’s The State of E-Discovery 2020 research, 68% of legal department heads expect e-discovery spend to stay the same this year. But with new business and litigation circumstances, and evolving data protection and privacy challenges, the complexity and cost of e-discovery is likely to increase.

To tackle these cost-related challenges, corporate legal departments are holding onto more work that may have once been passed along to law firms and are choosing to implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Join Exterro and ACEDS on this UK/European focused webinar to explore:

  • Why an increasing number of legal departments are insourcing e-discovery
  • Case studies from successful legal teams
  • Taking a holistic approach to tackling Legal GRC objectives
