AccessData Announces AD eDiscovery® for Relativity

LINDON, Utah – October 15, 2018 – AccessData today announced the launch of AD eDiscovery® for Relativity, an integration that helps corporate customers more efficiently conduct data collection, preservation, and review.

AD eDiscovery equips corporate IT and corporate legal teams with the needed software platform to collect data in a proven, forensically sound manner from a wide range of data repositories, including on-premises assets like computers, file servers, and email servers; cloud-based repositories such as Office 365, Box.com, Gmail, Google Drive, and 15 third party platforms through its connectors.

The integration between AD eDiscovery and Relativity introduces a new direct export option, allowing AccessData customers to complete collection, search, preservation, litigation holds and early data assessment, then effortlessly pass the data to Relativity for review. The combined solution gives corporate teams a repeatable, defensible process for managing the complete end-to-end e-discovery workflow.

“This integration means that our customers will be able to connect the trusted software tool for forensically sound data collection from AccessData with Relativity, the industry leading e-discovery platform,” said Tod Ewasko, director of product management at AccessData. “This saves both time and money as it eliminates the need for corporate teams to export load files if they wish to move from AD eDiscovery to Relativity for the review phase. Having this option enables our mutual customers to gain more control over their e-discovery process.”

AD eDiscovery is available in the Relativity App Hub, which includes applications and integrations built by Relativity developer partners. App Hub integrations can be deployed on-premises or in the cloud with RelativityOne and users can pick and choose solutions from partners like AccessData that suit their unique workflows across different stages of the e-discovery process.

“As more corporate teams discover the importance of having a flexible e-discovery platform, apps like AD eDiscovery will be important to help refine the way they work with data,” said Drew Deitch, senior manager for strategic partnerships at Relativity. “With integrations like AD eDiscovery in the App Hub, Relativity users can be confident they will find the right solutions for their unique needs.”
