DEADLINE TO SUBMIT COMMENT IS: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2019
The Board of Trustees authorized the formation of a Task Force on Access Through Innovation of Legal Services (ATILS) to identify possible regulatory changes for enhancing the delivery of, and access to, legal services through the use of technology, including artificial intelligence and online legal service delivery models. ATILS was charged with balancing dual goals: consumer protection and increased access to legal services. ATILS has prepared a set of regulatory reform options and requests public comment in order to further evaluate and refine the proposals.
