When an employee may have been exposed to COVID-19 on the worksite, quick and effective notifications can help slow the spread of the infection, enable exposed employees to obtain treatment, and inform the exposed as to potential benefits that may be available to them. The following templates are provided to help businesses notify employees and others of such exposure.
