Contract Logix: AI-powered contract management software provider Contract Logix released an update to its Collaboration Room technology on April 11. The upgrades aim to streamline “information handling, interaction, communication, and user experience” to improve the contract review process, according to a press release. Specifically, Collaboration Room will now let users better track changes and edits, save multiple draft revisions, invite users by organization or roles, and allow the ability to work outside of the Contract Logix platform, among other updates.

Docusign: Docusign unveiled Docusign IAM, an Intelligent Agreement Management platform and suite of applications, on April 11. The new platform, which will launch in May, seeks to turn agreement data into insights and actions and streamline contract cycles. Some of the new services that will live on the platform include Docusign Navigator, an AI-powered agreements repository; Docusign Maestro, which creates custom agreement workflows; and Docusign App Center, which connects different applications together. The month of its release, the platform will offer purpose-built applications for specific lines of business—namely, IAM for Sales or IAM for Customer Experience—with plans to ultimately offer more custom applications for other verticals such as HR and procurement.
