1. Leveraging Existing Skills
Transitioning out of e-discovery and into another career path doesn’t have to feel so drastic, noted Rebecca Morrison, a former lawyer now turned leadership and happiness coach and author.
“Often a pivot isn’t a pivot,” she said, adding that changing career paths is more akin to pulling on different threads from existing skill sets and determining where those skills can carry over.
