EDRM is a community of e-discovery and legal professionals who create practical resources to improve e-discovery and information governance. As technology radically transforms litigation and the legal profession, EDRM members collaboratively develop vital frameworks, standards, educational tools, and other resources to guide the adoption and use of e-discovery technologies.

EDRM members are shaping the legal profession’s technological evolution and are widely recognized as leaders and experts in e-discovery. And now that EDRM is part of the Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies, EDRM members are part of an even broader community that is exploring ways to improve the administration of justice. EDRM is committed to launching and issuing at least one set of standards governing an artificial-intelligence or data-analytics tool each year. In 2017, the EDRM team will focus on developing standards for Technology-Assisted Review (TAR).
