Venio Systems is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to our Executive team: Senior Director of Customer Success and Vice President of Operations.
We believe these new additions will strengthen the overall customer experience of our software and lead to a more collaborative approach to eDiscovery technology and process. Read on to learn even more about the experience we have added to our team.
Senior Director of Customer Success
Tonya Mullins (she/her) will be taking on the role of Senior Director of Customer Success. She brings a wealth of eDiscovery experience from sales, project management, software development, and business intelligence. She most recently served as the Director of Integration at Legility, where her role helped integrate internal technical and legal solutions. She knows what it takes to successfully combine people’s talents with technology and innovative processes to deliver on clients’ expectations.
Combining Tonya’s experience with Venio’s end-to-end eDiscovery solutions and her knowledge and passion for customer success makes her a perfect fit for the role.

Vice President of Operations
Ronnie Johnson (he/him) will be serving as our new VP of Operations. He brings over 25 years of experience in building and leading successful teams, as well as 17 years utilizing multiple processing and review platforms in eDiscovery. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on organizational leadership.
Most recently, Johnson served as the Sr. Dir. of Operations at Legility where he led eDiscovery operations with both domestic and international teams. Johnson consistently demonstrates great communication, leadership, and organizational skills. He has a long history of eDiscovery application testing and evaluation, as well as extensive experience with processing and hosting services. The experience he brings demonstrates a great depth of industry understanding, which will ensure our customers receive the best-in-class software with Venio.
