Last week, Litera Corp. made waves by acquiring Kira Systems, in a bid to expand its contract review capabilities. This week, Litera is going back to the deal table, but this time focusing on a different corner of its burgeoning legal software business: marketing technology.
Litera announced Thursday that has acquired Concep, which provides relationship marketing technology for law firms, corporations and professional services companies. The U.K.-based Concep’s solutions include email marketing, content automation and event management, and also features plug-ins into CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and LexisNexis InterAction.
Following the transaction, Concep will become a part of Litera’s recently created Firm Intelligence business unit, which also features recent acquisitions Foundation Software Group and Clocktimizer. No financial details of the transaction have been made public.
