June 22, 2021 – EAGAN, Minn. – The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), the world’s leading e-discovery training and certification professional association and part of The BARBRI Group, today announced the renewal of their strategic partnership with Digital WarRoom.
Digital WarRoom provides software for in-house e-discovery processing, document review, and production; their comprehensive eDiscovery solution is available in three formats: on premise Pro software, Single Matter Hosted, and Private Cloud. All formats include onboarding and training.
Through this partnership, both organizations have agreed to produce and release a joint resource that ACEDS membership and the legal community at large can use towards implementing best practices around e-discovery. Digital WarRoom joined ACEDS as an affiliate partner in March of 2020 and released the eDiscovery Checklist Manifesto in June 2020.
“ACEDS is the most important organization in the e-discovery industry today,” says Bill Gallivan, Managing Director of Digital WarRoom. “Education, training, and certification leave our employees more responsive and our clients savvier at leveraging technology. There is no better partner than ACEDS to advance our mission of providing just, speedy, and inexpensive e-discovery to the legal community. Our organizations recognize that the best way to achieve this mission is to have well-informed lawyers and paralegals using new technology to resolving disputes. We are proud to join with ACEDS in delivering valuable content and insightful webinars in the ever-changing world of e-discovery.”
“ACEDS is focused on empowering our members and providing them the education and training they need in e-discovery and information governance, and our strategic partnership with Digital WarRoom serves as a force multiplier to educate our members around the e-discovery process,” said Maribel Rivera, Senior Director of Community Relations at ACEDS. “We sincerely appreciate Digital WarRoom’s partnership with ACEDS to help members continue to progress professionally.”
