Just a week after launching its online public stock offering, legal tech platform Reynen Court, announced the promotion of two executives to newly created roles in an attempt to scale its capabilities.

Christian Lang, the current head of strategy and vendor ecosystem, will now be the president and chief operating officer of the company. Additionally, head of operations and security Lodewijk “Bones” Bonebakker, will be the chief compliance and security officer.

Reynen Court launched more than two years ago as an app store for legal tech with the support of investments from law firms such as Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and Latham & Watkins among others. Last week, the founder and CEO of Reynen Court, Andrew Klein told Legaltech News that as the company has grown, so has its focus on creating an attorney and legal tech network.

Now, with Lang and Bonebakker’s promotions, Klein hopes to lay out the necessary infrastructure for accommodating the scale of Reynen Court’s relationships with vendors and attorneys, all the while strengthening its security base. What’s more, the move also allows Klein to reward members of the team who have put in the work to help it grow.
