After over a year and a half of dealing with a global pandemic, remote work is here to stay and so are the collaboration and messaging tools that make remote work actually work. Moreover, collaboration applications are changing the way organizations create, share and retain vital business data; and as a consequence, require those organizations to re-think how they approach compliance and ediscovery response. This benchmark survey seeks to identify current practices and highlight trends in response to this business imperative.
That is why we’ve partnered for the second year in a row with the Association of Certified Ediscovery Professionals (ACEDS) to conduct this short, multiple-choice, and anonymized survey that can be completed in just a few minutes. Working with ACEDS, we hope to establish the industry benchmarks of collaboration data as a source for discovery and identify litigation readiness now and in the future.

We want to learn from the experiences of those in the workplace and understand their effects. We’d like to know about any challenges corporate legal teams encounter with these newer data types as they relate to ediscovery and information governance.
